By submitting content to GØY Blad (“GØY”), you confirm that:

• You are the creator and/or rightful owner of the submitted content, or otherwise have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

• The content does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

• Any identifiable individuals featured in submitted photographs, videos, or other media have granted appropriate permission for publication where required.

By submitting content, you grant GØY Blad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Publish, reproduce, distribute, display, edit, adapt, and archive the submitted content in print and digital editions of GØY Blad.

• Use the submitted content in connection with editorial, promotional, marketing, advertising, press, social media, video, website, newsletter, and related activities associated with  GØY Blad.

• Resize, crop, format, or otherwise make minor editorial modifications necessary for publication.

You retain ownership and copyright of your work at all times.

Because this license is non-exclusive, you remain free to publish, license, or use your work elsewhere.

Submission of content does not guarantee publication.

GØY Blad reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove submitted content at its sole discretion.

By submitting content, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GØY Blad, its editors, contributors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from a breach of these representations or the publication of your submitted content.
